Zywave Acquires Intygral, Expanding its Suite of P&C Product Solutions Milwaukee, July 17, 2015 — Today, Zywave, Inc., a leading provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology solutions for the insurance industry, announced that it has completed the asset purchase of Intygral, a provider of digital marketing systems for Property and Casualty (P&C) and personal lines brokers. As part of the agreement, Intygral customers will be introduced to Zywave’s suite of products. Additional terms of the transaction were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Intygral demonstrates our continued commitment to support and drive meaningful results for independent insurance brokers,” said Zywave CEO, Dave O’Brien. “Brokers face the challenge of providing meaningful, consistent and on-demand communication to clients—something that today’s buyers increasingly demand. Intygral provides a way for brokers to efficiently fulfill this need, and to ensure they stay visible and relevant to current customers and prospects.” The Intygral platform allows brokers to engage prospects and clients with targeted messaging through automated communications. Specifically, Intygral provides automated, industry-specific prospecting campaigns triggered by particular sales interactions, automated cross-sell campaigns with targeted messages to maximize cross-sell and renewal opportunities, sales pipeline management resources and up-to-date sales performance dashboards. Intygral Takes Part in National Volunteer Week

Intygral Takes Part in National Volunteer Week Last week seventeen of our employees volunteered at the Rhode Island Community Food Bank. Our volunteer efforts were in support of National Volunteer Week, a week where businesses, organizations, and people support their local nonprofits by volunteering their time. We thought this was the perfect opportunity for the Intygral team to get out into the community to learn about one of the many nonprofits that serve our state. The Rhode Island Food Bank occupies a 77,000 square foot facility in Providence, Rhode Island and is located just 8 miles from our office in Warwick. Its warehouse is just over 35,000 square feet and can hold two million pounds of food at one time. In 2014, the Food Bank distributed over 9.9 million pounds of food through 214 sites around the state, serving 63,000 people served at food pantries every month. Government funding accounts for just 4% of the Food Bank’s operating budget, and it is funded primarily by gifts from individuals, corporate donations, and foundation grants. The food is sourced from a variety of places: 46%-Food donated by local food companies, supermarkets, farms, and food drives 33%-Food purchased by Food Bank at wholesale 13%-Feeding America, the national network of food banks (food donated by national manufacturers and growers) 8%-USDA As an independent insurance agency, you have the ability to truly impact the community in which you reside. NetVU15 Recap

NetVU15 Recap NetVU15 has come to a close, and the Intygral team is back at the office after an amazing time in Indianapolis. Intygral’s presence at NetVU, the insurance industry’s largest technology conference hosted by Vertafore, was a milestone for the company. It marked the launch of our Digital Marketing Platform and the announcement of our rebranding. The leadership at NetVU put on another amazing conference and lined up two incredible keynote speakers, Peyton Manning and Robin Roberts. The show was also stocked with helpful breakout sessions ranging in topics from management system tips and tricks to mobile readiness. In the exhibit hall, we enjoyed meeting some of the best and brightest agents in the insurance industry, sharing the common goal to improve client service, sales success, and operational profitability through better technology. We enjoyed the warm welcome provided by the hundreds of agents who stopped by to see our new platform. Indianapolis also provided some great entertainment and a vibrant downtown scene. The excitement around the arrival of the Final Four tournament was evident everywhere, but perhaps most unabashedly proclaimed with a 16-story bracket on the side of the JW Marriott. The conference themes of innovation, integration, and insurance specific expertise resonate with our team here at Intygral. We’re Going to NetVU15!

We’re Going to NetVU15! The Intygral team is heading to the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis for NetVU15. The conference, put on by The Network of Vertafore Users (NetVU), starts this Thursday, March 26 and runs through Saturday, March 28. The NetVU conference is the largest insurance technology show in the industry, attracting more than 3,000 participants who use Vertafore solutions. We are excited to launch our brand new Digital Marketing Platform at NetVU15 and look forward to hearing feedback from conference attendees. Members of our executive team will be at the conference, talking with attendees about their digital marketing needs, and how our Digital Marketing Platform complements and enhances their current digital marketing strategy. Intygral Gives Back To The Community Using Insurance Marketing and Sales

When one of their own was found in need, it was the very strategies they preach that enabled the technology company to give back and help a co-worker Intygral, an organization that provides a powerful insurance marketing and sales platform built for insurance agency growth, has proven that, like in the insurance industry, relationships reign supreme in business. When a co-worker and her family lost everything in a house fire, it was about more than just the power of technology and social media to raise awareness and needed funds, but about how the company came together to help those in need, and bring hope back to a family that was left feeling hopeless. On January 21, 2014, it was the power of social media marketing that helped make a crowd-funding campaign for one of their own a complete success. A social media status update alerted Jennifer Nottage to the tragedy that had fallen on co-worker Kayla Luongo. Overnight, the home that Luongo and her family lived in had suffered a serious fire. Photos of the damage showed the immense loss and Nottage sprung to action. Using a crowd-funding site, Gofundme.com, Nottage set a fundraising goal for Kayla and her family and shared the story and the link on social media. Within 24 hours, nearly $2,000 was raised within the Intygral community as a result of social media networking and open hearts. “We lost about 80% of our stuff,” Luongo told NBC 10 in an interview days after the news of the fire, and subsequent campaign, took off in the community.
