Collection of your Personal Information

There is also information about your agency’s computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Intygral. This information is used by Intygral for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Intygral website.
Please keep in mind that if your agency or customers directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through Intygral public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. Note: Intygral does not read any of your customer’s or your agency’s private online communications.
Intygral encourages your agency to review the privacy statements of websites your agency chooses to link to from Intygral so that your agency can understand how those websites collect, use, and share your agency’s information. Intygral is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the Intygral and Intygral family of websites.
Use of your Personal Information
Intygral collects and uses your agency’s personal information to operate the Intygral website and deliver the services your agency has requested. Intygral also uses your agency’s personally identifiable information to inform your agency of other products or services available from Intygral and its affiliates. Intygral may also contact your agency via surveys to conduct research about your agency’s opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.
Intygral does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Intygral may, from time to time, contact your agency on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to your agency. Intygral keeps track of the websites and pages our customers visit within Intygral, in order to determine what Intygral services are the most popular. For example, if your agency or customer personalize Intygral pages, or register with Intygral site or services, a cookie helps Intygral to recall your agency’s or customer’s specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your agency’s or customer’s personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When your agency or customer returns to the same Intygral website, the information your agency or customer previously provided can be retrieved, so your agency or customer can easily use the Intygral features that your agency or customer customized.

Pardot is the maker of Prospect Insight, a web marketing automation suite. Pardot sells and distributes Prospect Insight to third party clients who may use it to gather information about their own visitors and clients, including IP address, operating system, web browser, and pages visited. While Pardot sells only to ethical clients, it cannot be held responsible if its clients engage in unethical use of the information gathered through Prospect Insight.
Security of Your Personal Information
Intygral secures your agency and customer’s personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Intygral secures the personally identifiable information provided on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. When personal information is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
